Kidnapping survivor Elizabeth Smart has opened up about a commonly asked question that has followed her into married life after her horrific teenage rape ordeal.
The US mother-of-three was just 14 when she was abducted from her home in Salt Lake City, Utah, in the middle of the night at knifepoint back in June 2002.
