A law firm is investigating the potential for a class action claim against Kia Australia after the car company recalled more than 57,800 vehicles over fears they could catch fire even when switched off.
On Monday, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) issued a recall notice for the Kia QL Sportage (2016-2021) and the CK Stinger (2017-2019).
