In the wake of disappointing numbers for “Solo: A Star Wars Story” and “Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker,” Disney and Lucasfilm have put the famed sci-fi franchise’s film efforts on hold for now as they try to work out a gameplan for the future.
While “The Mandalorian” and other “Star Wars” small screen projects will continue for the next few years, movie projects remain in something of a limbo and won’t be back on our screens until at least 2023.
