The daughter of Frasier star Kelsey Grammer has spoken out after she was involved in an altercation in a New York restaurant over the weekend.
Spencer Grammer, 36, was dining at a Manhattan restaurant with a male friend on July 24 (US time) when an allegedly intoxicated man approached the eatery at 11.30pm. He was denied service before a scuffle reportedly broke out, leaving Spencer with a laceration on her arm after she and her friend attempted to step in and help staff.
