Singer Katy Perry and actor Orlando Bloom have forked out $20 million on a new home in California.
The English actor and California gurl are the latest A-listers to snap up a piece of real estate in the exclusive seaside town of Montecito in Santa Barbara County having reportedly paid $US14.2 million ($20 million) for a stunning four-bedroom home.
The property was sold to the couple by businessman C. Robert Kidder, the former chief executive of both Chrysler and Duracell, Variety reports.
