Former teacher Katherine Sabbath gave away her day job to pursue the cake life and is now about to publish her second book, Bake Australia Great, a sweet celebration of Australiana.
Katherine Sabbath’s sideboard in her living room is filled with sprinkles, crystallised violets, edible shimmer dust and glitter. It sounds organised. But the former high-school teacher turned self-taught baking sensation says it’s anything but. “Sprinkles are mayhem,” she says.
