Last year’s model faced delays and a production cap. But now the UK-based company is ready to mass produce a refreshed version of the Kano PC, which runs full Windows 10.

Kano is back with an updated version of its buildable Windows tablet for kids.
The second-generation Kano PC, available now for $299, lets children assemble a modular 11.6-inch tablet that runs full Windows 10, as well a custom educational programs focused on coding, science, and 3D modeling. In addition, the product comes with an attachable keyboard, making the device like a Microsoft Surface tablet, but for kids.
