Kane Cornes slams ex-club, declares premiership hopes ‘evaporated’
Port Adelaide great Kane Cornes has ripped into his former side, declaring them well out of top four contention based on two lacklustre performances away from the Adelaide Oval.
The Power were comprehensively outplayed by the Brisbane Lions on Saturday night at the Gabba, losing by 49 points, while they also fell to the West Coast Eagles by 37 points at Optus Stadium in Round 3.
