Justin Bieber granted motion to subpoena Twitter in defamation lawsuit – 9TheFIX
After filing a US$20 million (A$29 million) lawsuit after he was accused of sexual assault by two Twitter users, Justin Bieber has been granted a motion to subpoena the social media network to provide more information about the identities of his accusers.
According to NBC 4, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Terry Green granted the motion on Thursday, July 16, local time.
