Justice Dalton retires – Proctor

Court of Appeal Judge the Honourable Justice Jean Dalton retired at the weekend, after a career of more than three decades. 

Justice Dalton’s retirement was effective from 28 February and an appointment to the vacancy is yet to be announced.
