Jury in trial of Mosman swim coach Kyle Daniels struggle to reach verdict
The jury in the trial of Sydney swimming coach Kyle Daniels has told a judge they are struggling to reach a verdict after deliberating for only 90 minutes.

The panel has heard seven weeks of evidence in the NSW District Court about the 22-year-old’s alleged sexual abuse of young girls during lessons at the Mosman Swim Centre.
Mr Daniels has pleaded not guilty and his lawyers have highlighted inconsistencies in the complainants’ accounts.
The jurors retired this morning but after only 90 minutes of deliberations, sent a note to Judge Kara Shead indicating there was strong disagreement.
