Joey’s radical plan to stop the slow death of NRL’s one-club men – Fox Sports
League legend Andrew Johns has a radical idea to reward clubs for long-term player loyalty and boost the falling numbers of one-club players.

He says once a player reaches 10 seasons at the same team, half of their salary should be excluded from the NRLs salary cap.
Johns believes that the rule specifically targeted towards local juniors for each club would boost support from local communities and benefit the game.
