Missing four of the last five games with achilles soreness, Joe Ingles has found himself in the unusual position of watching from the sidelines.
The stretch on the inactive list snapped an incredible run of 384 consecutive regular season appearances for Utah, with the Australian an integral part of the perennial playoff squad.
With that in mind, you could forgive the 33-year-old forward for dealing with some rust on return, but it was hardly the case in Utah’s 118-102 win over the New Orleans Pelicans.
