On night of possibly the greatest BBL catch ever
Wicketkeeper-batsman Jimmy Peirson has rescued the Brisbane Heat in a frightening run-chase in his side’s BBL elimination final at The Gabba.
The Heat have advanced to face the Sydney Thunder at Manuka Oval on Sunday, but they were saved by a composed Peirson innings of 47 not out from 44 balls at a time of strife.
