Jason Thomas King pleads not guilty to murdering landlord Susan Walker on the Gold Coast

A man accused of killing his landlord on the Gold Coast more than three years ago was being evicted for attacking another tenant, a jury has heard.

Susan Walker was found dead at her Molendinar home in March 2022.
