The judge has asked jurors to re-examine the matters they disagree on and continue deliberations next week
The jury in former NRL star Jarryd Haynes rape trial has been unable to reach unanimous verdicts on two charges of aggravated sexual assault.
The jury sent a note to Newcastle district court judge Peter Whitford on Friday afternoon stating it was unable to agree on a decision after considering all the evidence.
