The disgraced former NRL player has received a permanent home after three weeks in limbo.
Jarryd Hayne has been taken 400 kilometres south of Sydney to Cooma Correctional Centre after three weeks in isolation and classification limbo.
Sentenced to five years and nine months in jail for sexually assaulting a woman in 2018, the disgraced former NRL player began life behind bars at Parklea prison.
The 33-year-old, who must serve at least three years and eight months, has already lodged a notice of intention to appeal in the NSW Supreme Court.
