Japan Post, Allegro finalise Toll Global Express deal – The Australian Financial Review
Japan Post is expected to walk away with less than $10 million for a business making $3.2 billion in annual revenue.

Japan Post, advised by JPMorgan and Nomura, and Allegro have been in exclusive talks to finalise a transaction for the past week, as revealed by Street Talk.
Toll Global Express includes Tolls courier and express parcels arms, as well as its palletised, intermodal and shipping operations, and its New Zealand business. The biggest contributor is express parcels, which include same-day delivery and next-day delivery, and makes more than $1 billion a year revenue.
