Jake Melksham escapes penalties for illegal disposal during Dees’ tight win over Giants – Fox Sports
Port Adelaide champion Kane Cornes says it’s “comical” Melbourne’s Jake Melksham wasn’t penalised for two seemingly blatant incorrect disposals on Saturday night.
Melksham was involved in two incidents during his sides tight win over the Giants at the Gabba where he appeared to illegally dispose of the footy while being tackled.
The first case, which appeared to be the most blatant, occurred in the opening term when Melksham bounced off Giant Harry Perryman and used one hand to send the ball forward.
