US group Jacobs Engineering has sold its 10 per cent stake in Australia’s Worley Ltd in a block trade via investment bank Citi….

Citi lobbed the highest bid, offering $9.82 a share or a narrow 2 per cent discount to the last trade. Worley closed at $10.02 on Wednesday, down 4.3 per cent.
The sale ended US firm Jacobs 2½ year stay on Worleys share register.
