Jack de Belin retrial set for April – Sydney Morning Herald
The Dragons star and his co-accused, Callan Sinclair, will face a Sydney jury from April 12.
Mr de Belin has been sidelined for two years under the NRL’s controversial no-fault stand-down rule, which league officials asserted on Monday they would be standing by in light of the hung jury.
Mr de Belin and Mr Sinclair, 23, did not appear before Wollongong Judge Andrew Haesler on Wednesday, with their legal representatives appearing by audio-visual link to arrange the new date.
