The hotel guests thought the water tasted foul. Little did they know the gruesome truth.
A UK couple were left horrified after discovering the foul-tasting water they drank from a hotel tap was connected to a water tank with a rotting body floating inside.
Mike and Sabina Baugh were on holiday in LA in 2013 when they water drank out of the tap at the Cecil Hotel.
It would later be revealed that a former guest of the hotel, 21-year-old Canadian Elisa Lam, had mysteriously vanished.
Her body was found two weeks later floating, naked and decomposing, in the hotel water tank.
