‘It’s the smallest effort’: Melburnians face up to the mask mandate – The Age
On a fine winter Sunday in Carlton’s Princes Park, most people were not wearing masks – but plenty approved of them being made compulsory.
The exceptions are people jogging or cycling, teachers when teaching, those with medical reasons, and children aged under 12.
However, everyone is expected to carry their face covering at all times, to wear when they can, the government said.
