Italian Riviera clifftop cemetery collapses into the Ligurian Sea

Part of a cemetery in the Italian Riviera has collapsed into the sea, sending 200 coffins down a cliff.

Residents were shocked at the sight of the coffins, possibly containing their loved ones, floating in the Ligurian Sea near the village of Camogli.
Eleven caskets were pulled out of the water on Tuesday afternoon local time.
Only five of them were identified.
Operations were still underway but may take time as experts warned parts of the cliff surrounding the landslide were still unstable.
The cemetery stands on a cliff 70 metres above sea level.
