“It can range from being called every swear word under the sun to personal threats.”

need. Today we say there is #NoExcuseforAbuse when calling Triple Zero (000). We want the community to better understand the role and importance our EMDs have in patient care and that they are only there to help!Over the next few weeks we will share the experiences our EMDs have had with abusive calls and the impact this has on them.
