Israel plans to start vaccinating young people aged 12 to 15 against COVID-19 next week.After lengthy consultations, the Health Ministry said on Wednesday that the dangers of contracting the disease outweighed the possible side effects of the vaccination.
“Cases of myocarditis in 16 to 19-year-olds have been rare and have mostly passed without complications,” the statement said.
