Israel Folau would agree to conditions that would limit his ability to express his religious views publicly if the NRL was to register a two-year, $1 million deal to join the Dragons.
St George Illawarra has been in talks with NRL powerbrokers about bringing back the controversial star back to the game where it all began. The Dragons hold out hope that Folau will play left centre at the Dragons as early as round one against the Sharks on March 14.
