A club insider has told 7NEWS the team has no intention of removing the line from its song.
Israel Folau has been forced to address the fact his new rugby league clubs team song celebrates lesbians in its lyrics.
The former Wallabies star and devout Christian was asked about a concerning line in the song during a press conference on Friday where he announced his return to league with the Southport Tigers in the Gold Coast A grade competition.
