Middleweight champion Israel Adesanya is expected to return to action at UFC 263, and hell put his title on the line against a familiar foe as Marvin Vettori gets his first shot at gold.
Multiple sources close to the situation confirmed the matchup was in the works when speaking to MMA Fighting on Saturday following an initial report from Combate. UFC president Dana White also confirmed plans for the fight on June 12 when speaking to ESPN.
