Investors take legal action over Cyberpunk 2077’s alleged “false and/or misleading statements” – Gamesradar
“When the true details entered the market, the lawsuit claims that investors suffered damages”

Last week, we reported that CD Projekt investors unhappy at the performance of Cyberpunk 2077
were contemplating legal action against the company
and now, it seems a law firm in New York has gone ahead and filed a class-action lawsuit.
At the time of our reporting last week, two prospective legal challenges came to light, one from Warsaw, Poland, and one from New York. Now, according to our pals at PC Gamer
, a separate NY firm called Rosen Law has filed for damages on behalf of CD Projekt investors…
