Buyout funds Pacific Equity Partners and The Carlyle Group have been back poaching Link Group shareholders.
This time they’ve picked up Investors Mutual, which has 12.4 million Link shares, to take its pre-bid “commitment” stake to 16.94 per cent of the company’s shares.
