Interchange debate reignites as footy heads for Tasmania – The Age
The AFL is set to announce its most radical block of games yet, with football played almost every day for three weeks.
The Queensland teams have already played both WA and SA clubs because they were in a hub with them in Queensland earlier in the season.
One of those potential destinations is Tasmania, where North Melbourne and Hawthorn will almost certainly play, barring some issues with the Tasmanian government, whose premier said on Monday “it is not guaranteed”.
The Lions anticipate playing nine of their 17 games at the Gabba, of which they have already played four.
