Virgin Australia has just launched its first airport lounge since entering new ownership in November 2020. Notably, the occasion also marked the first brand-new Aussie lounge to debut since the pandemic began, offering a renewed sense of hope for what’s been a grim year in the aviation industry a blow felt profoundly by Virgin.
They’ve dubbed the new Adelaide lounge’s design template the “Lounge of the Future” and it seems, for now at least, the “future” includes sanitising stations, QR check-ins…
