Inquest into suicide of teen in state care hears from Office of the Guardian for Children and Young People advocate

A teenage boy who took his own life in state care feared he would be forever stuck in one of the “worst placements” he’d been in — a residential group home where there was a tendency for violence and bullying — an inquest has heard.
