Noel Callow injured in incident at Geelong races on Friday

Jockey Noel Callow has been released from hospital and has escaped serious injury following an incident at the Geelong races on Friday.
Callow was transported to hospital after being dislodged from his mount Turnstar on the way to the gates prior to the meeting’s opening race.
The popular rider was on the Hawkes-trained colt on debut, and was conscious following the incident but appeared in significant pain complaining of soreness to his arms and legs before being stretchered into the ambulance.
