Ingham stabbing: Queensland Police investigation after 20-year-old stabbed to death in front of two women

Queensland Police has launched a homicide investigation and is searching for an attacker after a 20-year-old man was allegedly stabbed to death while walking with two women in North Queensland.

Police allege the 20-year-old local man was walking on Mcilwraith St in Ingham, close to 100km north-west of Townsville, when the group was approached by a man around 11.30pm on Sunday.

The 20-year-old was allegedly stabbed in the stomach following an altercation between the two men.
