India’s COVID-19 tally rises to 11,063,491, Indonesia reports 8,232 new cases – Xinhua | English.news.cn – Xinhua
HONG KONG, Feb. 26 (Xinhua) — Asia-Pacific countries kept recording more COVID-19 cases on Friday as India reported 16,577 more infections, taking the total to 11,063,491, according to the latest data released by the federal health ministry.
According to the official data, the death toll mounted to 156,825 with 120 new deaths.
There are still 155,986 active cases in the country, while 10,750,680 people have been discharged so far from hospitals after medical treatment.
