India’s COVID-19 case total nears 20 million, as country records over 300,000 new infections for 12th day
India has reported more than 300,000 new coronavirus cases for a 12th straight day, taking its overall infection tally to just shy of 20 million, while deaths from COVID-19 rose by 3,417.
