India forced into key change as pressure ramps up on star bowler – Fox Sports
India have confirmed that they will be without Umesh Yadav for the rest of the Test series after he picked up a left calf muscle strain.
Scans indicate he will not be fit in time to play in the rest of the series and he has subsequently been ruled out.
The fast bowler will not recover completely ahead of the remaining two test matches and has been ruled out of the series, Jay Shah, the secretary of Indias cricket board, said in a statement.
