Independent review into ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred praises Brisbane City Council response

An independent review into the response to ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred’s crossing has recommended a resumption of the voluntary home buyback Scheme.

Ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred brought winds of up to 100 kilometres per hour and torrential rain when it crossed the coast at Moreton Bay on March 8.
