Nathan Brown says it takes time to build a side to build a Premiership winning team.

Incoming Warriors coach Nathan Brown is looking for sustained success, rather than a quick fix at the club.
It was confirmed on Saturday that Brown has signed a three-year contract to be the Warriors head coach, starting in November, while Phil Gould has come on board in a consultancy role.
Brown will become the Warriors 13th head coach, with the clubs hierarchy hoping hell be the one to finally deliver a Premiership.
