Ben Simmons is taking plenty of confidence after locking up Damian Lillard overnight and making a huge statement to the NBA world.
Simmons was outside the top 10 guards in the East as the second All-Star fan voting returns were released by the NBA on Friday (AEDT).
He responded to the snub with a masterclass on Friday and was not afraid to pump his own tyres post-game.
I feel like Im the best defender in the NBA, he said after the Philadelphia 76ers loss to the Portland Trail Blazers.
