Stockbroker Euroz is seeking buyers for 180 million New Century Resources shares, worth 18.4 per cent of the company’s shares on issue.
The broker was contacting fund managers on Monday night, calling for bids into a bookbuild from 15.5¢ a share.
New Century owns the Century Zinc mine in north western Queensland. Reuters
The floor price was at an 18.4 per cent discount to the last close and a 19.3 per cent discount to the five day VWAP.
