“Until recently, we were all planning for a 2021 where Sally and Erica would grow and grow.”Erica Mallett, one half of former triple j breakfast duo Sally and Erica, has released a statement discussing why the duo abruptly called an end to their radio career earlier this month.
The station announced the duo were leaving on November 17, one year after taking the reins of the coveted spot. At the time, triple j stated the pair were leaving to “pursue other opportunities”.
