‘I had to make decisions’: Freddy hints at end to Latrell’s Origin exile – Fox Sports
NSW coach Brad Fittler has given his strongest indication yet that Latrell Mitchell’s Origin exile is set to end this season with a recall to the Blues side.
Mitchell starred for the Blues in Fittlers first series win as NSW coach in 2018, but was famously dropped after the series opener the following season and hasnt been sighted in the sky blue since.
Mitchells attitude and effort were called into question when he was dropped, but the player felt he was made a scapegoat and deserved more support from his coach at the time.
