The 30-year-old was officially unveiled by the Rabbitohs on Wednesday after a frantic couple of months of searching for a new club.
Mansour was contracted to the Panthers for 2021 but after being informed by coach Ivan Cleary and football GM Matt Cameron fresh off last years grand final loss that the club would prioritise young winger Charlie Staines over him, he knew his time was up in Penrith.
