Nine presenter Leila McKinnon has explained how she came to be on a first-name basis with Prince William following an interview with the Duke of Cambridge and Prince Harry.
Taking place in 2012 during the London Olympics, it was the royals first live television interview.
“There was lots of back and forth in the days ahead of it we weren’t to promote it or, you know, we couldn’t even say beforehand that it was going to happen,” she tells Cathrine Mahoney on the So I Quit My Day Job podcast.
