How a Sudanese refugee turned his life around in Brisbane
“Boiled prawns were brought to the table and every one of us ran away and yelled ‘insects’. It was a culture shock,” he says.
“We all said we don’t eat those things in Sudan, but I tasted it, and from there I started eating seafood.”
