Housing market, property prices in each capital city revealed – 7NEWS.com.au
The Australian housing market is rebounding after a nightmare run – but two cities are holding the rest of the country back.

The Australian capital city where house prices are currently the cheapest has been revealed.
Monthly data released by market analyst CoreLogic showed the median value of dwellings across the country had, overall, declined in September.
However, that number is weighed down by dips in house prices in Melbourne and Sydney, which are responsible for 40 per cent of Australias housing stock.
Sydneys median value dipped by 0.3 per cent in September and Melbournes dropped by 0.9 per cent.
