There’s a 98.8 per cent chance Nenand Markovic died from a coronavirus strain that escaped Victoria’s hotel quarantine system, according to his family’s lawyers.
But two security companies being sued by the elderly man’s son say that still leaves a chance the strain that claimed his life was not connected to the hotels.
United Security Group and MSS Security are at the centre of a class action filed by Mr Markovic’s son Dragan, who is suing for psychiatric loss and injury.
